Florier terms of service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
The short version. Florier helps you track food, water, exercise and weight. Its figures are estimates and it is not medical advice. It is for people aged 18 and over. Please use it lawfully and keep your login safe. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Rolling out: accounts, sync and the changes to the assistant described here are being added in updates, so they may not be in your version yet.
Who we are
Florier is made and run by a single developer. Questions or problems: [email protected]. By using Florier, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Age
Florier is for people aged 18 and over. Please don't use it if you are younger.
Health information
Florier is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calorie, nutrition, water and weight figures are estimates and may be wrong.
Speak to your GP or a registered dietitian before making big changes to how you eat or exercise, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication or have ever had an eating disorder. Never ignore or delay medical advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, call 999 or your local emergency number.
The AI assistant
The assistant is optional and needs an account. Its answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important and don't treat them as medical advice. Daily message limits apply, and they may change.
Food information
Some food data comes from Open Food Facts and other sources, which we don't control. Always check the packaging if you have an allergy or need exact figures.
Your account
Accounts are optional. If you create one, please give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings or by following these steps.
Using Florier fairly
Please don't:
- use the app unlawfully, or use someone else's account without permission
- try to get around message limits, security or other controls
- interfere with the service, or copy or scrape it in bulk
- use the assistant to create harmful or illegal content
We may limit or close an account if it breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. We'll tell you why where we reasonably can.
Your data
Your data stays yours. The privacy policy explains what we collect, how it is used and your rights. Please use Export in Settings to keep your own backup.
The app itself
The Florier app, its design and its name belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal use, and app stores may have their own terms too.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Florier running, but online features such as sign-in, sync and the assistant may sometimes be unavailable. We may also change or withdraw features. If we plan to close the online service completely, we'll try to give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Payments
You can't currently buy anything in Florier. If we add paid features, we'll show you the price and terms before you pay.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Otherwise, we aren't responsible for loss that wasn't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Florier is for personal use, so we aren't responsible for business losses.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Florier at any time by deleting your account, if you have one, and uninstalling the app. The sections that by their nature should continue, such as our responsibility to you, still apply afterwards.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about any important change before it applies. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using Florier and delete your account.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be heard in its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use the courts where you live and keep the protections of your local law.
