Delete your Florier account

Accounts are being added to Florier in updates. If you have one, you can delete it and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Florier and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Florier account". We may ask you to confirm the request, so we know it's really you. Please don't send your password.

What gets deleted

Your account details (email, username and nickname), synced progress (food, weight, water, exercise, supplements, saved foods and meals, goals and settings) and your assistant usage count are deleted from our database.

Data still stored on your own phones stays there until you reset the app or uninstall it. Our providers may keep limited logs for a short time under their own terms. See the privacy policy for details.
